EDUCATOR PHILOSOPHY
I believe in cooperative learning platforms where learners engage with each other in an aim to promote self-esteem development in the learner. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere punctuated by discipline creates active productive participation by the learners. I believe education is just a means to an end. Learners must be able to emancipate themselves from inferiority or superiority complexes to promote the core values of ubuntu. With the emergence of the information age it is key for learners to maximise the opportunities beyond them to improve their   standard of living. Life is a lesson and we are all learners.
